- Dr.Batra is the founder,chief editor and President of Siraiki Duniya, Siraiki International ,Siraiki Sahitya Sangam and Age-Care India . He was born at Gazanfargarh , District Muzafargarh, (Multan) in 1938 in undivided India. His mother tongue is Multani which is now known as Siraiki.Siraiki is the mothertongue of the people living or born in the area which is now in Pakistan. Districts of Multan , Muzafargarh, Mianwali, Jhang, Dera Gazi Khan, Dera Ismail Khan, Bahawalpur, Raheem Yar Khan, Bhawal Nagar, Bannu, Kohat, Larkana, Jacobabad,etc. Dr.Batra migrated along with his parents in 1947 and has widely travelled and highly educated. He obtained his higher education at the universities of Punjab, Delhi, Nagpur,Leiden University and Lincolns Inn(London,U.K.).He is M.A., LL.M,Ph.D.,Barrister-at-law,Senior Advocate, Supreme Court Of India.He promotes Siraiki language throughout the world and is a Human Rights Activist.
